Yes, via Microsoft teams which is secure. You may have a combination of face to face, virtual or your choice of either.

We check for rapport & discuss the results that you want & develop an indicative programme that meets your wants.

We agree the session agenda based on what you need and want at the time. I feed in suggestions based on my experience in your results area. For example if you want to change jobs or careers and are uncertain of what you want, we use a career diagnostic including psychometrics to identify your options. We sometimes use a model to support you in developing. For example the ITEA model. We work on changes required for you to have the Impact that you want. We look at your Thoughts, Emotions and Actions now and develop ones that will improve your impact.

The most popular option is a programme for results that is discounted from booking sessions individually. The number of sessions & fees are individually tailored to the results you want. We agree a programme that works with your budget
